Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, 10am - 6pm (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize common areas including floors, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and office spaces
• Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins and replace liners
• Water and maintain indoor plants; repot as needed
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (replacing bulbs, assembling furniture, reporting needed repairs)
• Support setup and takedown for internal events and meetings
• Perform related duties and assist others as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks or priorities
• General understanding of facility upkeep and basic maintenance
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Clear and effective communication (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands frequently
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Work performed primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks in varied weather
• May require use of ladders or scissor lifts
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain cleaning or maintenance tasks
