About the Role
A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives. The role includes managing quality processes, handling non-conformities, ensuring ISO compliance, conducting audits, managing customer and supplier complaints, validating new processes, and presenting quality metrics.
The company is located in Nof HaGalil, in northern Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality processes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Manage customer and supplier complaints, including RMA investigations.
- Validate new processes and monitor quality metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (17025, 13485, 9001) and QMS.
- Internal auditor or CQE certification – advantage.
- Excellent Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge (Priority) – advantage.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
