Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in banquet or food service operations, with leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of banquet service standards and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
