About the Role
We are urgently looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for servicing and repairing heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both commercial and residential clients. Additional responsibilities include performing routine preventative maintenance and responding to work order requests in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience with Residential and Commercial HVAC Service or Installation
- Commercial Refrigeration experience required
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing preventative maintenance service
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keeping detailed logs and records of maintenance functions
- Maintaining service truck
- Experience with installation and service of boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems and ductwork
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses and necessary repairs
Requirements
- Must be organized and highly detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be willing and eager to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly growing company
- Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
- Must have clean and valid Driver’s License
- Must have own tools
- EPA Certified Required

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
