JOB SUMMARY

At HCW Hospitality, fresh, clean linens are essential to our guests’ comfort. As the Laundry Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Your leadership will keep our laundry team organized and our linens looking pristine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Laundry Supervisor, you’ll lead the laundry team to maintain high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will:

• Supervise the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens.
• Inspect linens for quality and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Train, schedule, and manage laundry staff to maintain productivity.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen needs.
• Manage laundry supplies and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
