Full and Part-Time Opportunities Available! 2nd shift AvailableRN/LPN RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience. Weekday Differentials: +$2/hr for 2nd shift and $5/hr for 3rd shift Weekend Differentials: $2/hr for first shift, $3/hr for 2nd shift and $6.50/hr for 3rd shift Outstanding and affordable healthcare plan options with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

Job Responsibilities;


· Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.

· Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

· Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred 

· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
