About the Role

Are you skilled, motivated, and love working outdoors? Russell Landscape is looking for hard-working crew members to join our commercial enhancement and hardscape team. If you're ready to grow with a top-tier landscaping company that values quality and teamwork—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects
- Install and maintain landscaping features—mulch, plants, stonework, seasonal color, etc.
- Use mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools with care and skill
- Support grading, planting, drainage, and basic masonry tasks as needed
- Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily
- Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe
- Take pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of landscape or hardscape experience
- Comfortable using landscape tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license needed
