Wash Rack Technician (PM Shift)

Description

Position Summary:

The Wash Rack Technician, under direction of the Fleet Maintenance/Facilities Manager, ensures that the facility and equipment are consistently in a clean, safe state and comply with all company and OSHA standards.

Essential Functions:

• Wash out toters, packing blades, and company vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and replenish fuel and other fluids
• Load/Unload container trailers
• Inspect tires
• Report any defects on company equipment

• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment to effectively clean toters, blades and company vehicles

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent of education and experience, preferred
• Must obtain a valid driver’s license, class C license at minimum

Working Conditions:

• This position will be based in a non-climate-controlled building with extended periods of standing, squatting and using manual dexterity to operate pressure washing equipment.
• This position is for the PM Shift (12pm - 10pm)
