Location: Marathon City, WI

Pay: $18.00/hour - $20/hour DOE + $1.00 shift differential

Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Operator, you’ll work hands-on with our packaging and baling equipment to keep production running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating machinery (bagging, baling, shrink wrapping, forklifts, pallet jack, and bag sealer).
• Stacking, wrapping, and moving finished products to their correct warehouse locations.
• Completing accurate production reports and quality control tags.
• Assisting with pellet mill operations and communicating material issues to your shift lead.
• Performing light troubleshooting, adjustments, and simple maintenance on equipment.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Supporting your team wherever needed to keep production flowing.

What We're Looking For

• Prior manufacturing/production experience a plus (training provided).
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read scales, complete reports, and perform simple math.
• A strong safety mindset and a team-first attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 7+ hours, and maintain strong hand/eye/foot coordination. Must be able to work in a dusty environment and in hot/cold weather.
