Job responsibilities:
1.制定公司在东南亚市场策略及目标；
2.统筹公司资源，积极对接行业资源，促成线下门店布局；
3.落实经营发展计划，开发维护新老商场，对外进行业务洽谈、跟进商务合作。
4.完成公司安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.学历不限，东南亚同类岗位经验3年以上，有过成功的大型商场开店经验；
2.熟悉珠宝、奢侈品、高化等行业、熟悉目标城市行业现状优先；
3.擅长客户关系拓展、维护，具备良好的沟通能力；
4.具备较强的执行力和协调能力，能够独立解决问题‌。

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
