As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling robust backend systems and data-driven applications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with large datasets, and building high-performance applications using modern Python frameworks and cloud technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data analysts, and frontend developers to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support business growth.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python, with a strong focus on Django-based architectures
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support web and cloud-based applications
• Work extensively with data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas to deliver data-driven insights
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices
• Collaborate with frontend teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage version control, branching strategies, and code reviews using Git
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and data pipelines for efficiency
• Participate in system design discussions, architectural decisions, and technical planning
• Debug, test, and deploy applications while ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
• Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, frameworks, and cloud trends to continuously improve systems

• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer working on production-grade applications
• You possess strong expertise in Python, with deep practical experience in Django for backend development
• You are highly proficient in NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis
• You are comfortable working with Git, including version control workflows, pull requests, and collaboration in team environments
• You have experience deploying or managing applications on cloud platforms and understand cloud-native design principles
• You have a strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and database interactions
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving real-world problems using clean and efficient code
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You take ownership of your work and are proactive in improving code quality and system performance
• You thrive in collaborative environments and adapt well to evolving project requirements
