Children’s Program Counselor

Do you love working with children and outdoor recreation? This is the perfect position for you! Children's program staff are accountable for, but not limited to: Planning, promoting and organizing children’s programs and helping to develop the children’s program at the Flathead Lake Lodge.

- Planning, promoting, and organizing children’s programs

- Helping to develop the children’s program at the Flathead Lake Lodge

- The execution of children’s program

- Daily upkeep and care of all facilities and cleanliness of arts and crafts room

- Inventory and ordering supplies

- Safe transport of children to and from activities

- Safety of all children during all activities

- Portraying a friendly guest service atmosphere and approach through all aspects of your job

- Execute a first-class level of arts and crafts

- Filling in when needed for wait staff, event staffing etc.

- Other duties when assigned

- Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.

- Reports to the Children’s Program Manager
