About the Role
- אחריות כוללת על מערכת Salesforce בארגון גלובלי עם מאות משתמשים ברחבי העולם.
- תרגום דרישות עסקיות לאפיון פונקציונלי ולפיתוח פתרונות טכניים במערכת Salesforce.
- הקמה ותחזוקה של Flows מורכבים ו-Orchestrations לשיפור תהליכי עבודה פנימיים.
- תחזוקה, שדרוג ואופטימיזציה של תהליכים עסקיים חוצי יחידות (שיווק, כספים, מוצר, ביטחון).
- הדרכת משתמשים, פיתוח חומרים תומכים והטמעת תהליכים חדשים.
- הובלת חדשנות במערכת – שילוב כלי AI ,אוטומציה ואינטגרציות עם מערכות צד ג’.
Requirements
- שנתיים ניסיון hands-on ביישום ו/או פיתוח בתוכנתSalesforce – חובה
- מומחיות מוכחת בעבודה עם Salesforce Flow Builder וFlow Orchestration – חובה
- תעודת הסמכה Salesforce Administrator או Advanced Administrator. – חובה
- ניסיון ב-Salesforce Communities Platform – יתרון
- היכרות עם טפסים וכלי אינטגרציה (FormAssembly / FormTitan /MAKE ) – יתרון
- תואר במדעי המחשב או הנדסת תוכנה או השכלה אקדמית/הכשרה מקצועית רלוונטית אחרת – יתרון
כישורים נוספים:
- הבנה עסקית טובה
- יכולות תקשורת בין אישיות גבוהות
- יכולת הובלת תהליכים, תיעדוף משימות, למידה מהירה, פתרון בעיות ורצון ללמוד ולהתפתח
- ניסיון בעבודה בארגון גלובלי – יתרון
- היכרות עם שפת פיתוח Apex ובניית דשבורדים בעולמות Power Bi -יתרון
- היכרות עם Marketing Cloud Salesforce וData Cloud – יתרון משמעותי
- אנגלית ועברית ברמה גבוהה – כתיבה ודיבור
