Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.

If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC counter sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting counter and telephone customers with product selection and purchases.

Responsibilities:

- Meets and greets all customers with service, knowledge, and respect

- Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order

- Creates quotes and sales tickets.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals

- Research credits, returns, and payments

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent.
