About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements
  • Create and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and process builder flows
  • Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
  • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Implement and optimize reports and dashboards
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce customizations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer



Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including customization and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with tools like Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Expertise in developing Apex Triggers and Apex Classes.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (Git).
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

Integration Experience:

  • Proven experience in building integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS).

Additional Skills:

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II).
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and migration projects.
