<p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Configure and implement compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune across Windows, Mac devices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Manage and deploy applications to remote devices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune, endpoint security, operating systems, software, development tools, and network problems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Perform Intune enrollment for devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies in Intune, across devices and cloud applications.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Collaborate with SysAdmin, ITOps, and Information Security teams to define plans, standards, and security measures for device management, including patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud management and solution deployment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Manage asset management for all IT hardware and software.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Ensure security and data integrity through regular backups and antivirus management.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Apply security patches and perform updates to maintain system integrity.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Maintain documentation related to Intune administration and IT systems, contributing to a shared Knowledge Base.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services and procurement.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;">Qualifications:</p><ol start="1" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).</li></ol><ol start="2" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Proven experience as an Intune and Windows Administrator or a similar role.</li></ol><ol start="3" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Knowledge of device administration in other platforms like Linux, MacOS and Android.</li></ol><ol start="4" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Strong knowledge of Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and other related technologies.</li></ol><ol start="5" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud-based infrastructure.</li></ol><ol start="6" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Familiarity with MDM, MEM and other endpoint management tools.</li></ol><ol start="7" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.</li></ol><ol start="8" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ol><ol start="9" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ol><ol start="10" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ol><ol start="11" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ol><ol start="12" style="margin-top:0cm;" type="1"><li style="margin-bottom:12.0pt; ">Relevant certifications such as Endpoint Administrator and Windows Administrator or equivalent are a plus.</li></ol>
