Now Hiring: Servers at Élephante – Santa Monica

Location: Santa Monica, CA
Wage: $17.81 per hour + tips
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time


Élephante is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a high-energy environment, and enjoy creating exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you.


About the Role

As a Server at Élephante, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and anticipate guests’ needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and the overall venue
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
  • Inform guests of daily specials and inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payment transactions
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations
  • Follow opening, closing, and sanitation procedures
  • Support teammates and communicate effectively with managers and kitchen staff
  • Participate in pre-service meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or dining room server experience preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
