About the Role
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
- Design and implement ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and document technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
- Provide training and support to ERP system users.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and trends.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
- Ensure ERP system compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.
- Participate in ERP system implementation projects.
- Provide technical support during ERP system upgrades and migrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system analysis and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with system documentation and user training.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
