Porter/Groundskeeper of Apartment Community

Description

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PART TIME PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER responsible for the cleaning and grounds keeping of an apartment community located in Saint Petersburg. This position offers permanent part-time employment.

Schedule

Flexible schedule of 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior custodial experience a plus.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
