Pay: $33–$44 - Hourly+ Bonus OR Flat Rate with accelerators up to $8

About the Role

As an A-Level Automotive Technician, you’ll:

• Perform accurate, high-quality diagnostic engine & electrical repairs and services
• Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools and techniques
• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services
• Communicate with Service Advisors and occasionally customers
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment
• Assist with team tasks when needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years Automotive Technician experience or equivalent training
• ASE Certifications A1–A8 preferred; willingness to achieve Master ASE
• Valid Michigan mechanic license (required)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable
• Advanced diagnostics and mechanical repair expertise
• Own up-to-date tools
