UI/UX Designer Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design
vision for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership
capabilities, and experience in user-centered design principles. You’ll lead a team of UI/UX
designers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to
deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design output.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative
solutions.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user and business needs.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
● Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.
● Advocate for best UI/UX practices and user-centered design across the company.

● Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
● Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
