Senior Software Engineer (.Net)

Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications for financial services and banking systems</li> <li>Build and support RESTful and SOAP web services for integrations with internal platforms, external partners, and regulatory systems</li> <li>Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures supporting high availability, scalability, and resilience</li> <li>Implement and optimize Oracle database solutions, including complex SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning</li> <li>Participate in system integration initiatives, ensuring data consistency, transactional integrity, and fault tolerance</li> <li>Apply security, compliance, and audit requirements aligned with financial industry standards</li> <li>Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability</li> <li>Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams throughout the SDLC</li> <li>Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in controlled, regulated environments</li> <li>Analyze and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions</li> <li>Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+)</li> <li>Solid expertise with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)</li> <li>Proven experience with backend integrations in complex enterprise environments</li> <li>Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services</li> <li>Strong understanding of microservices architectures</li> <li>Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and secure coding standards</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Financial services or banking domain experience</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS</li> <li>Knowledge of Docker, cloud-native patterns, infrastructure-as-code, and hybrid cloud architectures</li> </ul> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
