Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level)

Jodayn is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing both online and offline marketing initiatives, driving lead generation, and creating impactful content and campaigns that strengthen JODAYN’s market presence in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, presentations, and video campaigns.
• Manage lead generation activities and collaborate with sales to optimize conversion.
• Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Plan and coordinate participation in events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics tools to ensure ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, to support their marketing needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in B2B or technology sectors).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong creative skills in content writing, design coordination, and video storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or marketing automation tools is a plus.
