QCM DMS Engineer

As a DMS Engineer, you will be responsible for: Managing occurrences of production nonconformities through the application of the 8D method to identify root causes. Reducing FAB site excursion cases by implementing proactive measures. Hosting continuous improvement activities to recognize and reward outstanding performance in handling excursion events. Collaborating closely with multi-functional teams to implement solutions effectively. Leading and mentoring a team to ensure detailed execution of tasks. Developing and maintaining premier standards for deviation management processes. Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensuring strict consistency to safety and quality standards. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in managing production deviation cases and applying the 8D method. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions. Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive and driven demeanor to successfully conduct and sustain improvements. Proficiency in English and an additional East Asian language is helpful.
