WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers to maintain high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and inspect rooms for cleanliness.
• Train and mentor housekeepers to deliver top-notch service.
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
• Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations for the housekeeping team.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING
