About The Company
Tender Touch Therapy employs Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists to provide services for pediatric and young adult patients in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our therapists work with clients and their families to provide individualized, or group, therapeutic programming which will enhance, challenge, and encourage patients to increase their independence and improve their lifelong wellness. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals.

Position Overview:
Our Occupational Therapists do all that is required to provide excellent therapy to children and families.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin
- Current Certification with NBCOT
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Able to administer bilingual assessments
- Able to administer treatment in both languages using bilingual approach
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment utilizing creative approaches.
- Able to confront and resolve difficult situations.
- Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth.
