Job Types: .8 (32 hours per week) or part-time possible

Salary: $36.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30

Paid On-Call: Nights and weekend rotations

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Requirements

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home hospice preferred
