Outside Service Staff

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional member and guest service, ensuring a memorable golfing experience, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. 
•    Greet members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
•    Assist with golf cart rentals and returns. Maintain inventory of rental equipment.
•    Provide information about club amenities and services.
•    Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and practice areas. Complete daily reports.
•    Inspect and clean golf carts to ensure they are in good working condition. 
•    Enforce golf course rules and regulations.
•    Follow safety protocols.
•    Any other duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions:
•    You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
•    You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:
•    Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
•    Remain in stationary positions for 30 minutes throughout the work shift.
•    Operate various types of tools and vehicles.
