TWG Infrastructure proudly represents leading manufacturers including GE and Acuity, serving clients across transportation, public works, utilities, education, and private development. We are growing—and we’re looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support our order processing function by entering, reviewing, and maintaining highly accurate customer and vendor orders in SAP. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and our manufacturing partners to ensure orders are complete, correct, and moving through the system without delay.
What You’ll Do
• Enter and process contractor, governmental, and utility sales orders in SAP
• Review vendor purchase orders and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate with internal teams and manufacturer reps to clarify or resolve discrepancies
• Monitor order status and ensure updates are reflected in SAP
• Verify pricing, product codes, delivery details, and special instructions
• Maintain digital records and documentation per company standards
• Respond to internal inquiries related to order changes or requirements
• Support reporting, audits, and process improvements
• Work collaboratively across the business to improve efficiency and profitability
What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive work
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and manufacturer partners
• Solid math skills
• Experience with SAP, OASIS, or customer/order management systems preferred
• Associate degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $48,000–$55,000 annually
