Director of Social & Influencer Marketing

Helfy is a fast-growing startup in the medical/health-tech space. We’re expanding our global presence and building a powerful brand, and we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader to shape our social media and influencer ecosystem.
Helfy is a technology-driven group building the next generation of digital healthcare infrastructure. At the core of the group is DoktorABC, a leading telehealth marketplace operating across multiple international markets.
DoktorABC functions as an end-to-end telehealth marketplace, connecting:
- Patients seeking fast, convenient access to care
- Licensed doctors providing online consultations and prescriptions
- Pharmacies fulfilling prescriptions and OTC products
- Medication & OTC products, including regulated treatments
- Delivery partners ensuring fast, reliable home delivery
The platform seamlessly combines medical consultation, prescription handling, pharmacy fulfillment, and last-mile delivery into a single digital experience. Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in-person visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Helfy’s full social media strategy across all major platforms.
- Manage daily operations of social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Build concepts, messaging, and creative directions that reflect Helfy’s brand and mission.
- Work closely with the studio team, photographers, and editors to produce high-quality content.
- Oversee uploading, organizing, and ensuring consistency of visual assets across platforms.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partners — from outreach and negotiation to activation and performance tracking.
- Maintain ongoing communication and long-term relationships with influencers.
- Centralize and streamline all influencer-related operations into a structured, scalable system.
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Manager based in Germany.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging creator opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media roles.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in B2C companies.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Strong content creation sense — from ideation to execution.
- Experience running influencer campaigns, including negotiation and day-to-day communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
- Ability to work closely with studio and production teams.
- Strong English communication skills.
- German — strong advantage.
