About the Role

Description


Main Purpose:

The main purpose of the Cleaning and Environmental Site Supervisor Offshore is to execute Cleaning and Environmental project work assignments, which include project work packs, daily job logs and job scope. This individual should have attention to detail. The supervisor is also responsible for project safety and quality assurance, procedures, and compliance.


Essential Functions:

  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the team, giving clear direction, guidance and support
  • Supervise day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Apply company policy and procedures effectively and enforce project standards
  • Responsible for project safety and quality assurance procedures and compliance
  • Minimize company exposure and risk on the project(s)
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Ensure material and equipment needs are appropriately planned and staged before the work to ensure an efficient workflow
  • Present strong knowledge of operation and equipment
  • Present proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ensure clients project satisfaction
  • Complete all required training
  • Participate in Gulf Island safety program
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, feeling, talking, hearing and seeing
  • Turning, twisting, bending and balancing
  • Pushing, pulling and reaching
  • Carrying, lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally 50-75 pounds

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years offshore experience
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • This position is On Call, working nights, weekends and holidays is a requirement
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to pass T-Huet (Water Survival Training)
  • Valid TWIC card

Desirable Experience, Education, and Training:

  • Highschool diploma or GED

Environmental Conditions:

80 to 90% of the work activities are performed outdoors. Individuals will be required to work in changes of temperature, hot, cold, humid, wet, and dry conditions, dust, mud, etc.
