Shift Manager

Description
Movin’ on up…
Families come in all shapes and sizes—and that includes the Wendy’s family. As a Wendy’s Shift Manager, you’ll be part of a team that values fun, quality food, and reliability.
Our founder Dave Thomas had three simple rules for everyone who works here:
- Do the right thing.
- Treat people with respect.
- Make food better than anyone expects from a fast-food place.
We know you’ve got the first two down… and we’ll help you master the third! Sound good? Keep reading.
What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you’re the one who keeps everything running smoothly. Think of yourself as the heartbeat of the restaurant:

- Handle customer situations—good or bad—with confidence and leadership.
- Support and train new team members so they understand how things work.
- Maintain top-notch food safety standards and procedures.
We Get It. We Get You.
Our food isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are our job opportunities. Wendy’s is a proud equal opportunity employer. We welcome individuals of all races, religions, nationalities, genders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We also provide reasonable accommodations to support people with disabilities in performing essential job functions.
