About the Role

Qualitrol, an Operating Company of Ralliant, is seeking a Calibration & Repair Technician to perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repair services across all Iris-Generation product lines. This role ensures accurate, timely service delivery and partners with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve product reliability and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration and repair of Iris-Generation instruments and sub-assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot production and field service (FS) instruments and support on-site service preparation as needed.
  • Complete calibration certificates, repair reports, and service documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Investigate root causes of failures and recommend process or design improvements.
  • Support on-time delivery (OTD) targets and maintain high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent experience in instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with instrument calibration and repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Experience producing clear, accurate technical reports and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Field service instrumentation experience.
  • Familiarity with calibration standards, regulated environments, or quality systems.
  • Manufacturing or service operations experience.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
