Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Syracuse and Surrounding Area 

Starting at $52,000 - dependent on experience


Job Description:

Ferraro Foods of NYN, Casa Imports, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory of Utica and Surrounding Area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

- Provide knowledge of products

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role

- BA or BS in marketing or related disciplines and/or five years of job related experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

- Self-motivated with a results

-oriented approach- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
