Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products at the sales counter and over the phone. 

· Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

· Follow all company procedures for order entry, cash handling, and returns.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area

· Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all interactions.

Job Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing/HVAC supply industry.

· Friendly, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, with a customer-first mindset.

· Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems a plus)

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

· Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
