In-Home Sales | Base + Uncapped Commission!
We’re hiring a motivated Insulation Sales Consultant to join our growing HVAC division. This is a new role with strong earning potential, focused on selling residential insulation and energy-efficiency solutions that improve home comfort and reduce energy loss.
You’ll work with warm leads and leads generated by HVAC Service Technicians delivering a consultative, in-home sales experience.
What You’ll Do
- Close residential insulation sales through in-home consultations
- Follow up on qualified leads from HVAC service calls
- Educate homeowners on comfort improvement, energy efficiency, and savings
- Present clear proposals and pricing
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
- Document activity in CRM (ServiceTitan)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential in-home sales experience (home services or HVAC preferred)
- Proven closing and customer-focused sales skills
- Strong communication and presentation ability
- Comfortable working in residential environments
- Experience using CRM and digital sales tools
