Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to protocols
- Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
- Prepare and organize instruments for clinical procedures
- Assist with operatory turnover and supply restocking as needed
- Ensure sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and functional
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Previous dental or medical sterilization experience preferred
- Knowledge of infection control, OSHA, and sterilization procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
