Job Title: Ala Carte Server
Our restaurant is seeking a skilled A la carte Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. As an Ala Carte Server, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt, attentive service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Ala Carte Server or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
