About the Role

Description

 The IOP Director is responsible for maintaining all addiction services-related programs to standard, fidelity, and performance excellence. Staff supervision of staff in addiction services, IOP, MAT services, and development of substance use clinical protocol. Maintain and support staff in ethical decision-making, maintaining HIPAA standards, and adhering to all standards set for by the state related to addiction services. 

Requirements

Exempt, Full-Time Position

Independently licensed in the state of New Mexico. (LCSW or LPCC)

Bilingual-Spanish Speaking Strongly Encouraged to Apply

Compensation: Starting at $65,025.00+  depending on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of IOP and MAT programs.
  • Carry client caseload and provide counseling as needed by the client.
  • Promote agency and program mission, vision, and goals.
  • Attend agency, program, and community meetings as needed.
  • Consult with the treatment team or other specialists concerning the treatment plan and amend the plan as directed.
  • Refers clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling.
  • Manage waitlist as needed.
  • Promote the program to community agencies and stakeholders
  • Maintains HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
