Job Description

A pool supervisor's primary responsibility is ensuring the safety of all patrons. This includes monitoring lifeguards and swimmers, enforcing pool rules and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment, and being prepared to respond to emergencies. They need to ensure lifeguards are alert and properly positioned, and that all safety equipment is accessible and functional.
