About the Role

As Full Stack Team Lead, you’ll head a global team building high-scale solutions across web and mobile. You’ll drive system architecture, review code, and lead problem-solving while ensuring smooth delivery of impactful, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global full-stack team developing web and mobile apps
• Own architecture and technical design across database, backend, and client-side
• Design scalable solutions with Node.js, React, and React Native
• Guide QA and testing processes to ensure high product quality
• Mentor engineers and foster professional growth
• Partner with Product to define and deliver the roadmap

Requirements

• Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments
• Strong full-stack expertise (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices)
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes; React Native a plus
• Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
