We are looking for our next Ruby on Rails developer:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails in greenfield projects and maintenance.
• Proficiency in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus;
• Experience with automated testing (RSpec, Minitest) and TDD (Test-Driven Development); practices is preferred;
• Experience with Git and version control in collaborative environments (GitHub, GitLab);
• Experience in creating and integrating RESTful APIs;
• Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning in Rails applications;
• Fluent English; French is preferred;
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment);
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (New Relic, Grafana, Kibana).
