Our company offers day of coordination and vendor referral services and packages. We also assist with handling valet, transportation, stationery and creative talent. Coast Catering Director of Operations, Barry Layne, also provides consulting services for clients and has been successful in consulting for many restaurants and catering establishments throughout San Diego and Orange County. Coast Catering always strives to provide a one stop shop in order to make the event planning process a seamless and carefree one!
About the Role

Upscale catering company looking for experienced event chefs for weekend shifts - potentially weekdays based on your availability.

- Must have at least two years' experience in a fine dining restaurant or banquet facility.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment.
- Must possess prompt email communication skills - this is how we schedule your shifts.
- Current Health Card or ServeSafe Certified required.
- Events take place throughout San Diego County - must have reliable transportation to get to each venue.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk and stand for four (4) to eight (8) hours per shift (or more).
- Continually reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe during entire shift.
- Able to lift up to thirty (30) pounds and push, pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
