About the Role

Description

We are seeking a QA Tester to join a dynamic Clinical Services team working on healthcare products and application frameworks based on Node/Express, React/Redux, and PostgreSQL. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications by designing and executing tests, diagnosing issues, and recommending improvements. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance product stability and testability, making a meaningful impact on communities and pharmacy partners nationwide.


** Must be willing to travel to Phoenix, Arizona as needed**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend testing best practices and advocate for testability across the team
  • Suggest and implement quality measures for applications
  • Coordinate with developers on test design, scope, and strategy
  • Diagnose and reproduce software issues
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams clearly and effectively
  • Manually test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Test APIs using tools such as Postman

Requirements


  • Passionate about making a positive impact and improving product stability
  • Experience with service-based testing of RESTful APIs
  • Comfortable working in Agile or Lean development environments
  • Intellectual curiosity and an innovative mindset, with strong collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated to drive impact through quality and testability improvements

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience testing applications built with React, Redux, Node, and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with Mocha and Chai for automated testing
