Join ABC Home and Commercial Services as a Residential Pest Control Floater, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our clients' homes across Central Houston and Northwest Houston. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth, comprehensive training, and a guaranteed minimum pay per pay period of $1,850 before taxes. Training pay is provided to ensure you are fully prepared to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pest control services at residential properties in designated areas, including Central Houston and Northwest Houston

- Adapt to different work sites and client needs as a floater across multiple locations

- Follow safety protocols and environmentally responsible practices during treatments

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments and address concerns

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 5 years

- Ability to drive long hours and work in all weather conditions

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior pest control experience is a plus but not required; training is provided

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in various environments
