Senior Plumbing/FireProtection Engineer - New York City

We are seeking a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer for our New York office who thrives on challenges. Suitable candidates need to possess knowledge and experience in the design of plumbing & fire protection systems and be familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration. 

Regular duties include:

• Drafting of floor plans, details, schedules, diagrams, plumbing and fire protection systems
• Layout of plumbing and fire protection systems
• Equipment layout and sizing
• Assist in surveys
• Prepare schedules and details

The basic requirements for this position include:

• 7-10 years of experience 
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD 
• General knowledge of applicable codes
• Bachelors Degree in engineering required
• EITcertification and or  PE license (preferred)
