About the Role
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of medical device or clinical experience In-depth understanding of complex cardiac device functionality, and potential impacts to the patient Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Must work well in a team environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Demonstrates strong documentation practices Excellent research and analytical skills Participates in on-call rotations for 24/7 support, including weekends and holidays Clinical experience in electrophysiology and procedures such as pacemaker and ICD implants Direct patient care experience or experience in a healthcare environment Strong technical knowledge of industry CRM products Strong technical understanding of relevant procedures and associated medical terminology
