Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.

Warehouse Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage space, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and managing warehouse staff.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse management procedures, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, the role of the Warehouse Manager is to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly and effectively to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities and operations

· Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline

· Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment

· Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices

· Coordinate logistics and liaise with other departments

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

· Implement operational policies and procedures

· Handle customer queries and complaints related to warehouse operations

Qualifications: 

· Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role

· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system and inventory fulfillment system

· Experience with national carriers shipping platforms and dashboards

· Excellent leadership and people management skills

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Positive attitude and team player 

· Experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment 

· Ability to assess priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively 

· Strong attention to deadlines, detail, and quality 

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

· Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment 

· Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety regulations

· Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus
