Key Responsibilities 

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs or packing slips. 
• Process outgoing shipments: packing, labeling, and preparing shipping documentation (bills of lading, carrier paperwork). 
• Load/unload trailers using forklift or manual methods. 
• Drive company vehicles (F-150 and box truck) to pick up and deliver as needed.   
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records in Infor ERP.   
• Schedule carrier pick-up/delivery and coordinate logistics. 
• Keep shipping/receiving areas clean, safe, and organized. 
• Report discrepancies, damages, or inventory variances. 
• Support plant operations with cross-functional logistics and dock management tasks. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• 1–3 years in shipping & receiving or warehouse/logistics environments. 
• Forklift certification preferred.  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; experience operating an F-150 and box truck.   
• Sharp attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills. 
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, along with experience using Microsoft Suite, inventory management or ERP systems, is highly desirable. Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS and FedEx are also a strong plus. 
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing throughout shift. 
• Excellent communication skills; team-oriented but able to work independently. 
• Flexible to occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods. 

Schedule 

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM 

Enjoy predictable, daytime hours with evenings and weekends generally off (except during occasional peak demands).
