About the Role

SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in the Encinitas area of San Diego County (California). If you’re looking to grow, feel supported, and make an impact, this is the perfect place for you!


Position Highlights

  • Rate of Pay: $52-$60 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
  • Full-Time, 5 Days a Week (8-hour Billable Day)
  • In-Person
  • One Student - will ride transportation with the student and work with the student at the school site

Requirements

 What YOU Need

  • Active License as a Registered Nurse in California
  • Must have experience providing G-Tube Feeding and Oxygen Therapy
  • Must be able to perform a range of duties that include, but are not limited to: monitor SpO2, operate oxygen concentration, provide Tube Feeding (TF), suction of excess secretion (if needed for student care)
  • Must Pass LiveScan/Fingerprinting
  • New TB Test to be completed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
  • Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete IEP (Individualized Education Plan) documentation and communicate effectively via email.
